Once every four years

I was going over my doctor's schedule with my husband, making sure we had babysitting covered, etc. I've also been fighting a cold, which we think DH gave me.

"Did you ever see a doctor about that?" I asked him.

"Nope"

"When was the last time you saw a doctor?" I said.

He thought a second and said, "About four years ago, when I had mono."

Wow, 1 doctor's appointment in 4 years. What would THAT be like?
